Dawn Quirk

Dawn's career in materials management began at Cambridge DPW where she worked on a nationally recognized curbside collection participation study. Her career continued at Tufts University and the Bureau of Air & Waste at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. After earning an MPA from Northeastern University in May of 2022, Dawn became a project manager to "design out waste" within the MIT Office of Sustainability. The newly created role blends her professional experience and passion for a healthy environment with policy skills to help fulfill the waste goals within Fast Forward: MIT's Climate Action Plan for the Decade.
