Booth locations may be requested by Sponsors and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis (see below for map & examples). Exhibitor-only booths will be assigned by NRRA based on availability.
All booths are 6’ x 10’. Booths include a table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and internet access. View all booth details, include optional add-ons, in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Conference registrations, which include breakfast and lunch, are provided with each booth and are dependent on Sponsorship or Exhibitor level.
- PREMIUM Exhibitor booths, located in the front of the Main Hall, are reserved on a first-come basis for Diamond and Platinum Sponsors ONLY.
- PRIME Exhibitor booths, located in the Main Hall, are reserved on a first-come basis for Gold Sponsors ONLY.
- STANDARD booths, located in the Ballroom, are reserved on a first-come basis for Silver Sponsors.
