April MOM Meeting

Location: NRRA Office at 2101 Dover Road in Epsom, NH

Member Operations Marketing (MOM) Meetings are open to all NRRA Municipal Members.

This will be a hybrid meeting - you are welcome to join us in person or online.

1. Introductions  
2. Special Presentation – New NH Battery & Electronics Ban 
   • Guest Speaker from NHDES will discuss the new electronics ban wording and the upcoming lithium-ion battery ban. As resident outreach and education materials are being put together, NHDES would like to get operator input on how to best educate their transfer station and recycling center customers. 
3. Cooperative Marketing & Purchasing 
   • Recycling Market Update  
   • Featured Program – Baling Wire 
4. Education & Technical Assistance 
   • Update on NRRA’s EPA Recycling Education & Outreach grant 
5. Save the Dates  
   • May 19 & 20: Recycling Conference & Expo (Concord) 
   • June 11: MOM Meeting in the North Country (location: TBD) 
   • July 9: MOM Meeting at NRRA Office 
6. NH DES Updates 
7. Open Discussion (as time allows) 

Attendance at MOM meetings count as 1.5 hours of continuing professional development credit for the NH DES Solid Waste Operator Certification.
